I’m passionate about helping women understand their bodies and take control of their fertility journey. Hormones, cycles, and reproductive health can feel confusing or overwhelming and I’m here to help you make sense of it all!

As a mom, I know how empowering it feels to understand and trust your body and I’m committed to supporting women with a functional, whole-person approach to fertility.

I don’t diagnose or prescribe; instead, I educate and guide you to make sense of your body’s signals and feel confident making informed choices about your fertility and wellness through fertility awareness, tracking your cycles, understanding your lab results, optimizing nutrition and lifestyle habits, and exploring evidence-based supplements.

My goal? To help you understand the root causes behind your fertility challenges so you can create the healthiest foundation possible for conception and long-term hormone balance.
