5. Coaching Sessions and Cancellations
When booking a coaching session, you agree to arrive on time and treat the process respectfully. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be rescheduled or refunded.
Coaching services may be paused or terminated if they are no longer a good fit or if terms are violated.
