At Rooted in Wellness, I’m not about quick fixes or surface-level tips. I’m here for real conversations that lead to real change.

As a nurse coach, I help you slow down, reflect, and take meaningful steps forward. We get honest about what’s not working — the burnout, the self-doubt, the feeling like there’s never time for you, whatever it may be— and start making space for something better.

Together, we look at where you are, what you want, and how to move toward it.

What I Do

Think of something you’re carrying that feels heavy or unresolved. I help you explore it with intention, so you can move forward feeling more grounded and clear.

I work with people who feel overwhelmed, off track, or a little disconnected from themselves—and help them reconnect with what truly lights them up. In our (bi)weekly coaching sessions, I support you in:

  • Getting clear on what really matters to you

  • Moving from just getting through the day to actually feeling present and grounded

  • Taking real, doable steps toward changes that feel true and lasting

Because underneath all the stress, resistance, or restlessness, there’s usually something inside you that’s ready to shift. I help you slow down, tune in, and move forward feeling more rooted, more clear, and more like yourself again.

  • You bring what’s present: stress, a decision, a shift you’re longing for. I guide you through a personalized process that brings insight, clarity, and forward movement.

  • No. Coaching is action-oriented and focused on where you are now and where you want to go. We may acknowledge your past, but the focus is on creating momentum and aligned change.

  • I work with people who are ready for change. That might mean navigating burnout or a chronic condtion, rediscovering purpose, creating healthier rhythms, or simply finding a way to feel more grounded.

  • That’s completely okay. Many of the most powerful sessions start with “I’m not sure where to begin.” I’ll guide you with questions that help you tap into what’s most in need of attention that day.
