What We Offer.

Rooted in Wellness offers short-term, high-impact wellness programs for healthcare and mission-driven teams. Through our 4-week coaching model, we create space for staff to reflect, regulate, and reconnect—with themselves, their work, and each other.

Programs are designed by a licensed RN and certified Nurse Coach with expertise in stress recovery, functional wellness, and trauma-informed care.

We offer a 4-week group coaching series tailored to your team's needs to include:

  • Weekly 60-minute virtual or in-person group coaching sessions

  • Focused themes like: Burnout Recovery, Stress & Nervous System Support, Sustainable Self-Care, or Compassionate Leadership

  • Calm, confidential space for open conversation and shared tools

  • All sessions led by an RN and board-certified Nurse Coach
